The Madison Neighborhood is just moments from Rogers High School and across the street from the Razorback Greenway. The Razorback Greenway is a bicycle and walking trail that runs from Bella Vista at the Missouri border to southern Fayetteville.

Rogers, Arkansas is a growing city with a commitment to building parks and recreation facilities. The Rogers Parks and Recreation Department oversees over 400 acres of land, containing 24 parks, a skateboard and splash park, 26 athletic fields, and over 70 miles of Greenways and Trails System.

The Madison Neighborhood is also close to a variety of shopping and dining options. It is just 4 minutes or 1.5 miles from Pleasant Crossing in Rogers, which features Walmart and Walgreens, several banks, Ashley and Hank’s Furniture Stores, At Home, Academy Sports, Cavender Western wear, and other clothing stores, a couple of mattress stores, and of course scores of restaurants.

The Pinnacle area is also just a couple of minutes drive away. The Pinnacle area features the Walmart AMP, top-flight golf, and many more shops and restaurants. There are also hospitals and doctor’s offices in the area.
