Montreaux Subdivision in Rogers, Arkansas: A Great Place to Live

Montreaux is a subdivision in Rogers, Arkansas with 48 homes ranging in size from 1967 to 3427 square feet. Most homes have 3-5 bedrooms and 2-4 bathrooms.

Montreaux is located in the Rogers School District, one of the top public school districts in Arkansas. There are also several excellent private schools in the area.

Montreaux is across Bellview Road from two playgrounds and athletic fields, and the Razorback Greenway, which is a 40-mile bicycle and walking trail. It is also five minutes from Mount Hebron’s 80-acre park, which has Arkansas’ largest accessible playground, a splash pad, dog parks, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, and more.
