The Razorback Greenway is also extremely close, with its 40 miles of biking trails and even more offshoot trails and parks along the way.

Biltmore Subdivision is a beautiful neighborhood in Cave Springs, Arkansas. It is located next to Shadow Valley Country Club in Rogers, Arkansas, off Wallis and Rainbow Roads. Biltmore has over 100 homes and is a part of the Bentonville School District, which is one of the best school districts in the state.
The homes in Biltmore are spacious and well-built, with sizes ranging from around 2,000 to 3,300 square feet. Many of the homes have 3 or 4 bedrooms and 2 or 3 bathrooms. The homes also have a variety of features, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, brick fireplaces, tile showers, and whirlpool tubs.
