Marbella Subdivision is located in Cave Springs, Arkansas, just south of Shadow Valley Country Club. It is also close to several other golf courses, as well as Mount Hebron Park with its tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, Arkansas’ largest accessible playground, walking and jogging trails, dog parks, and athletic fields. The Razorback Greenway is also extremely close, with its 40 miles of biking trails and even more offshoot trails and parks along the way.

Biltmore Subdivision is a beautiful neighborhood in Cave Springs, Arkansas. It is located next to Shadow Valley Country Club in Rogers, Arkansas, off Wallis and Rainbow Roads. Biltmore has over 100 homes and is a part of the Bentonville School District, which is one of the best school districts in the state.

The homes in Biltmore are spacious and well-built, with sizes ranging from around 2,000 to 3,300 square feet. Many of the homes have 3 or 4 bedrooms and 2 or 3 bathrooms. Saddlebrook Subdivision in Rogers, Arkansas is an equestrian-themed neighborhood that offers a variety of amenities and is close to shopping, dining, and recreation.

The homes in Saddlebrook range from 2800 to over 5300 square feet and have between 4 and 5 bedrooms and 2.5 to 6 baths. They sit on about ½ acre lots and many have private backyard swimming pools.

Saddlebrook is located just off of Dixieland Road north of Pleasant Grove Road, about 1.5 miles or 4 minutes from the Pleasant Crossing area just off of I-49. This puts you in a quaint shopping area with Walmart & Walgreens, banks, restaurants, and many other services just minutes away.
