The Madison Neighborhood in Rogers, Arkansas is a great place to live for families of all sizes. It is a quiet, well-maintained neighborhood with a variety of amenities, including a private backyard swimming pool in many homes. The neighborhood is also close to schools, parks, and shopping.

The Madison Neighborhood is located just off of Dixieland Road, just north of Pleasant Grove Road. It is a 35-lot community with homes that range in size from 2300 square feet to over 3300 square feet. The average home size is 2820 square feet. Homes have between 4 and 5 bedrooms and 3 to 5 baths.

The Pinnacle area is also just a couple of minutes drive away. The Pinnacle area features the Walmart AMP, top-flight golf, and many more shops and restaurants. There are also hospitals and doctor’s offices in the area.
